We love Daffodils because to us it is like the first indication that “flower season” is beginning. Last year counting all of our annuals and perennials and the 10,000 or so sunflowers we had a very colorful and exquisite growing season. Amidst all the chaos and uncertainty of our world these days God gives us hope with signs of nature being nature.
These daffodils reside in my wife’s hair salon as they were an early birthday present this week. Not the main one of course, that was an air fryer we have already enjoyed for nearly a month, but something to lift the spirits of my wife and every customer to see them. They are nearing the end of their life, but for five days they have done a good job of carving into a smile in every gloomy face.
